As today is the offical start of the World Cup 2010 I thought I'd kick off with my home flag of course! :) Anyways it's dead easy so this is how i did it:
- File + shape and apply a base coat.
- Paint a coat of white
- Cut celotape into stripes to create defined red lines
- Paint area in with red paint
- Then peal off the celotape!
- Apply a top coat and your done!
